The first pilot study of its kind has investigated whether the alterations occur to the levels of cytokines in the saliva of patients who consume these three stimulating substances frequently.

WÜRZBURG, Germany: The use of hydroxyapatite has been investigated and discussed for years as an artificial tooth enamel to prevent loss of tooth structure by erosion and also to contribute to the regeneration of natural tooth enamel. However, we need more scientific evidence to prove its benefits. A recent German study has now shown that hydroxyapatite can be as effective as fluoride for prophylaxis.

The first of its kind congress focused on the biological aspect of the endodontic procedures.Around 200 delegates participated in this unique congress from within India and overseas. Delegates from Iraq, Egypt, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Nepal ,Bangladesh and Australia participated in the congress.
