Win free entry to ROOTS SUMMIT 2024, Athens

You may contribute in the form of either poster or oral presentations. 

You can also take part in the newly introduced roots magazine contest, and get a chance to win free tickets for the upcoming event.

The main presenting author, who owns the responsibility for the content, should submit an abstract in English and confirm that all co-authors have agreed to the content before submission.

Presenting authors are required to register for the congress should their abstract be accepted.

Oral presentations will get 15 minutes total, including 5 minutes for Q&A. 

• All abstracts must be submitted in English.
• Oral presentations can include case reports as well. 
• All presentations will be done in PowerPoint. Participants must bring their presentation to the event on a thumb drive, in addition to submitting them as requested above.
• Presenting authors are required to register for the congress should their abstract be accepted.

For poster presentations:

• Presentation length: 10 minutes
• Posters may be presented by two authors
• Posters will be displayed in a meeting room during the entire meeting at ROOTS SUMMIT in Athens. 
• Presenters will be asked to be present at their designated area during co4ee and lunch breaks to answer any questions

For oral presentations, the submission deadline is 8 December 2023, and for poster presentations, 26 April 2024.

Win free entry to ROOTS SUMMIT 2024

Dental Tribune International, the co-organiser of the event, would like to invite authors to contribute their endodontic clinical cases to its print publication roots—international magazine of endodontics. Authors whose submissions fulfil the magazine’s publication criteria have the chance to win free entry to the 2024 summit.

The deadline for the roots magazine contest is 29 February 2024. The case submission guidelines can be found here. Please use the subject line “roots magazine contest 2024” when sending your clinical case via email.
